3 Steps to Comprehensive Care
Start Your Mental Health Journey

Intake appointment
At Elite DNA, your first mental health appointment is considered an intake appointment, where we gather vital information, review your medical history and listen to your concerns that brought you to Elite DNA. We’ll also explain the services we offer, answer any questions and discuss next steps.

Meet your provider
After your intake appointment, you will have an evaluation with a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner or a therapist where you will discuss any current challenges and your mental health goals. You will walk away with the first steps in a personalized treatment plan, designed by your mental health professional to help get you back to feeling more like yourself.

Begin your treatment plan
Part of your treatment plan includes continuing your appointments. Your provider will likely give you some work to further your growth and healing. Whether it be journaling, sleep hygiene, medication or lifestyle changes, we walk together with you throughout your journey, so you are never alone.
Ignite Your Transformation
Nobody has to struggle alone. When you are ready, we’ll be here waiting to guide you through life’s challenges – or any obstacle standing in the way of your mental health.

Common Conditions
Elite DNA Behavioral Health’s psychiatry and therapy teams support a wide range of mental health concerns. Whether you’re stressed, or living with a condition that needs ongoing care – we can help.
